Zalo verification
Every transaction is confirmed via Zalo before processing.
Encrypted information
The website uses HTTPS to encrypt all transmitted data.
No card storage
GUTAN does not store customer bank card information.
1. Payment methods
GUTAN currently supports 2 payment methods:
Bank transfer
Account info is provided via Zalo after order confirmation. 50% deposit before production, remaining payment before delivery.
COD (Cash on delivery)
Applies to in-stock non-custom items. Pay the full amount to the courier on delivery.
2. Transaction verification process
- After transferring, the customer takes a screenshot and sends via Zalo for confirmation.
- GUTAN confirms the payment within 2 hours during business hours.
- Production starts after the deposit confirmation succeeds.
- Payment receipts are stored and can be re-issued upon request.
3. Financial information security
- GUTAN does not request banking login info, OTP codes, or card CVV.
- No GUTAN employee has the right to ask for your password or PIN.
- All GUTAN bank account information will be confirmed via the official Zalo channel: 0355748573.
4. Refunds
In case of refund (per the return policy):
- Refund via bank transfer to the account you provide.
- Processing time: 3–5 working days after refund request approval.
- GUTAN does not charge any refund processing fee.
5. Fraud warning
To avoid scams, only contact and transfer money following information GUTAN provides via the official Zalo 0355748573. GUTAN is not responsible for transactions made through unofficial channels.
