Confirm shirt color, embroidery position (left chest / center / right), and custom embroidery content if any.

For custom logos, send a clear image file (PNG/SVG) via Zalo for a quote.

We send you an order confirmation including: design, size, color, quantity, price, and delivery time.

Please double-check the information before confirming to avoid mistakes.

Transfer a 50% deposit so we can begin production. Bank info will be sent via Zalo.

The remaining amount can be paid on delivery (COD) or before shipping.

We embroider and pack the product within 4–6 working days. Nationwide delivery via J&T, GHN.

Shipping time is 1–3 days depending on the area.

You can add multiple products to your cart before placing the order.

Go to your cart, review the order and fill in delivery information, then click "Place order".

Make sure your phone number and address are correct so the shop can contact you.

GUTAN will contact you via Zalo/phone to confirm the order, advise on size and embroidery details.

Shop responds within 30 minutes during working hours.

Bank info will be sent via Zalo. The remainder is paid on delivery.
